Following last week’s presidential debate and Trump’s concerning attempts to undermine confidence in our electoral process, we are redoubling our efforts to ensure a fair election and preparing to respond to any post-election threats to our democracy.

There is still time for you get involved and help our candidates win in the September 8th primaries, and make sure they go on to the General Election in November. To help you take action, we have assembled a “one-stop shop” here for all of the RAD-endorsed candidates in New Hampshire.
From municipal boards to the presidency, we need movement champions in office at every level of government, who will advocate for the change we need and ensure that the communities most impacted by the multitude of crises confronting us, and whose voices have been excluded from decision-making spaces will be heard and included.
This year’s Primary Day was thrilling! Fifty candidates of our endorsed slate of fifty-five won their races, and we couldn’t be more excited! We wanted to share highlights with you from a few of Tuesday’s key races…

We’re especially proud right now to be parents and grandparents. The Trump administration has finally gotten so out of hand, a Wall of Moms had to “stop this car” to intervene in Portland, Oregon.
With half of the year behind us, we’re looking towards what’s ahead with new energy. For us at RAD, June was about finding our balance in a wild spectrum of emotions and responses to the crises and movements escalating around us – a balance between introspection and action, leading and listening; and transitioning while staying still.

June was a whirlwind of activity. From Black Lives Matter to launching a just transition platforms and endorsing a slate of candidates, we’ve covered a lot of ground and are excited to tell you about it!
Tuesday night, in coalition with other regional organization and groups, RAD launched Renew New England, bold new policy for a just transition, and also announced a slate of 56 RAD-endorsed candidates in the upcoming 2020 elections.
