In moments of profound uncertainty and challenge, our greatest strength lies in our ability to come together. As Granite Staters process the weight of recent events and contemplate what lies ahead, we’re calling on our community to gather—not just to talk, but to build the collective power we’ll need for the journey ahead.
The New Hampshire People Power Summit, scheduled for Saturday, November 16th, arrives at a pivotal moment for our state. This isn’t a typical conference or networking event. It’s a crucial gathering space for everyone who believes in the power of organized communities and is ready to transform concern into concrete action.

Many of us are wrestling with urgent questions: What do recent political shifts mean for our communities? How do we protect our neighbors and our values? What tools do we have to resist harmful policies and create positive alternatives?
These aren’t questions any of us should face alone. They require collective wisdom, shared resources, and coordinated action. Above all, they require the kind of hope that emerges when determined people come together to create change.
A Day for Building Power
From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Hooksett, New Hampshire, we’ll create a space for both processing our current reality and forging our path forward. The summit will include:
- Election Debrief: Clear-eyed analysis of what recent results mean for our communities
- Strategy Sessions: Practical approaches to building local power and resistance
- Community Building: Meaningful connections with others who share your commitment to action
- Next Steps Planning: Concrete plans for organizing in your community
We’ll share not just strategies but also a meal together, because breaking bread has always been central to movement building. Lunch will be provided for all participants.
Why Your Voice Matters
Whether you’re a seasoned organizer or someone who’s newly awakened to the need for involvement, your perspective is essential. We need everyone—longtime residents and newcomers, experienced activists and first-time participants—to be part of this conversation.
The challenges we face aren’t theoretical. They’re showing up in our towns, our schools, our workplaces, and our neighborhoods. The only way we’ll meet these challenges effectively is by building power together, starting at the local level.
